There was an integration of +Google Drive and +Google+ a while back with the ability to share presentations for others to flip through on Google+ and share documents with a preview; however, today that integration just went deeper with Forms.
The Google Drive team announced a whole slew of updates to Forms. The one most interesting to us is the new ability to interact with Forms from inside the Google+ stream. At first the form just looks like a preview that, once clicked, will take you to the actual Form on Google Drive.

However, once clicked, the real fun begins. The Form becomes clickable. Users can choose an option and submit the Form all from the comfort of their Google+ stream. This allows you to easily poll your followers without needing them to +1 comments or visit another website.

Correction: Google Forms did have a bit update today, but the ability to respond to forms on Google+ was not part of this update. However, it is a very underutilized and little known feature. It probably should have been in +Lee Jarratt's recent article, 5 Google+ Features That You've Probably Missed ;).
