Congratulate the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge on the Royal Baby through Google+

The last couple days, many have been following the movements of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in hopes that the Royal Baby will be coming soon. Today at 4:24 BST a new prince was born in London. Thanks to +Clarence House and +Google UK, you can congratulate them through Google+!

Although many of you won't be able to congratulate the Duke and Duchess personally for the birth of their son, you can now do so in a special group card using Google+! The card will be printed and given to Kensington Palace. There is also an online version of the card with the pictures and names of those that have signed it.

How to Sign the Royal Baby Congratulation Card

To take part in the congratulation card, simply visit a recent post by the Google UK Google+ page. To place your name and Google+ profile picture on the card, all you have to do is +1 the post. If you'd like to add a special touch to the card, you must only reshare the post and type your message in the text of your reshare. In order to make it onto the card, you must +1 and/or reshare by August 6th, 2013, 14 days from today.

After "signing" the you'll be able to search for yourself and your greeting in the online version of the card. In order to search for yourself, you must have reshared the post with a personal message. Simply +1ing the post will not suffice.
