Google+ Pages received one of Google's most interesting features today: Google Takeout support.
+Kári Ragnarsson of Google's Data Liberation Front has announced that both Google+ Pages and Blogger blogs can now be exported through Takeout.
By default, downloading your Pages data includes all of the Page's circles as .json files and each of the Page's posts as html files. These html files include who +1'ed and shared a post, but curiously do not include a copy of images in the post, only a link to the Google-hosted image. In my test, it only downloaded pages that I own, not the pages owned by others that I help manage.
This addition joins +1s, Circles, Stream, Profile and Photos (through Picasa) as Google+ services that are supported by Takeout. Still missing are Communities and Events, so hopefully we'll see this functionality added soon.
