[How To] Embed your Google+ posts into Google Earth

With the added ability to embed Google+ posts into a webpage, added an unforeseen benefit, the ability to embed Google+ posts into Google Earth.

Earlier this month, the Google+ team launched a new feature, embeddable Google+ posts. Thanks to +Adam Simmons, we've found that you can embed Google+ posts into Google Earth as well. The steps are simple and easy, and allows you to mark locations with special posts from there.

In order to embed your own Google+ posts on Google Earth, first visit the Google+ post your interested in. Then click the down arrow to see all the post options like below, and click "embed post."
Click "embed post" under the post options.
Then a pop-up will appear with the HTML preselected for you like in the picture below. Simply copy the code.
Finally, simply paste the code into a Placemaker on Google Earth. You'll immediately have an embedded Google+ post on Google Earth! According to Simmons, the post acts just like it would on a website including a working GIF.
