Updated Google+ notification design rolling out

The design of Google+ notifications has been updated to a round circle as opposed to a square notification.

It's a very slight update, but Mr. Jingles is now being accompanied by a red circle showing the number of notifications you have waiting for you. It appears that they update has rolled out widely already. Simply refresh your window, and you should have the update as opposed to the square design below.

So far, this seems to be the only update to Google+ today. Mr. Jingles and the rest of the UI seems to be consistent with what we've seen for a few months now.
