There are currently 3 videos uploaded as part of a Google Photos promotion on the BuzzFeed Video YouTube Channel and they're original and creative, and doesn't feel forced.
The series focuses on one group of characters, which discuss ex-partners in relationships, group road trips and other social events, which is where Google Photos comes in. As the group reminisces, they make use of the search button in the app to find the people, places and other memories in their photo library.

The tagline used in the promotion is "Find photos fast", which has been demonstrated effectively in the video promotion, and works just as well in real-world usage too.
The Jurassic World website has also been used to market Google Photos, so it wouldn't be much of a surprise if we saw Google pushing the product in other places too. So keep an eye out!
