Latest YouTube App Update Further Embeds Google+

The latest version of the YouTube app for Android further ties-in Google+ for users who have yet to sign up to the service.

According to +The Next Web, comments posted on the app will now use your real name. I'm assuming a set-up process is now in place for users who have yet to merge their +YouTube account with +Google+. This is similar to how Google insists on users using their real name for reviews in the +Google Play store.

In this relatively minor update, there are no other significant user interface changes. Most changes in this point release is under-the-hood, bringing bug fixes and performance improvements.
