New Google+ Conversations series kicks off with Al Gore about combating climate change

A new Google+ Conversation series utilizing Hangouts On Air will be kicking off on Tuesday, June 11th with Al Gore in a discussion about combating climate change.

Former US Vice President +Al Gore, who just recently signed up for Google+, and billionaire film producer +Jeff Skoll are inviting members of the Science on G+ Community and the wider Google+ community to join them in a Hangout On Air as they celebrate the seventh anniversary of their hugely successful documentary film on global warming, An Inconvenient Truth. In Al Gore's first Google+ Hangout On Air, he will also be discussing ideas for dealing with climate change with the other members of the Hangout.

The Hangout On Air will take place this Tuesday, June 11th at 2PM EDT / 11AM PDT with Al Gore, Jeff Skoll, and 5 lucky members of the Science on G+ Community. If your looking to join the first Google+ Conversation in the new series so that you can chat with Gore and Skoll, you'll want to make sure to join the Science on G+ Community, engage away and RSVP to the official event here. The five most insightful Community members will be selected by Gore and Skoll to join them.
