It is now easier to see at a glance all the communities you moderate, thanks to a new section added to Google+ Communities today.
Whilst intended for Community owners and moderators, the new update to the web version of Google+ Communities helps de-clutter the landing page by taking all the communities you've joined and moderate and splitting them into something a little more digestible.

Hopefully we'll see more refinements down the line in regards to sorting and filtering communities, but this is a step in the right direction. In the meantime, there's always the so-so search bar found on the top-right of the page.
