The new feature works exactly as it does on the desktop, it shows posts on the home stream that have been +1'ed by the people in your circles. On the activity update post, you'll have the ability to add that person to your circles (if you haven't already) and +1, comment or reshare as you normally would with any other post.
Other than that, nothing else has been included in this release (v4.0.2 for those counting), not even the odd bug-fixing goodness. Regardless, you can download it straight from Google Play, just hit the download button below:
