Tooltips get new look on Google+

Tooltips have gotten a minor makeover recently, which also makes them more visible when the user rolls their cursor over the +1 or Reshare buttons.
Obviously the new tooltips have took a cue from the Nexus 7: Big bezels (har har)
Tooltips are there to inform the user what the button does, before action is took. Typically they appear when a user hovers over the item with their cursor (or on Android, long press a button).

Nothing has changed in functionality regarding the new tooltips on the desktop web version of Google+, but the new styling fits into the overall theme/design that they've had going on since May this year.
Bigger is better, right?..
For those who've already forgotten the grand history of tooltips on Google+; Previously, the tooltips for the +1 and Reshare buttons were thinner and had square edges.
